1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the popbd platform and its users. popbd is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform, registering, or using any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accepted them without condition.

2. Account Registration and Management

Identity Verification (KYC)

popbd reserves the right to verify a user's identity (Know Your Customer) at any time. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in immediate account closure and all funds will be forfeited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1

Deposits

Funds can be deposited on popbd via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though bank transfers may take longer. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
  • Suspicious transactions may be held for review.
3.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The payment account used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawals are not possible while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.

3.3

Anti-Money Laundering

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required. To use the bonus amount, a 15x wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

  • The welcome bonus applies once per user only.
  • Wagering requirement: 15 times the total bonus amount.
  • A specific time limit will apply for meeting the wagering requirement.
  • Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering.
4.2

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are not withdrawable and may only be used for gaming.

VIP Program Terms

The popbd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. Progression to higher tiers is determined by gaming activity. popbd reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1

Fair Play Policy

All games on popbd are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is fully fair and verifiable. Any attempt to interfere with game outcomes, or to exploit software bugs or strategic flaws, is strictly prohibited.

  • All games are RNG verified.
  • The use of bots or automated software is prohibited.
  • Collaborative cheating is strictly prohibited.
5.2

Technical Issues

If a game is unexpectedly interrupted due to a technical issue, popbd will take reasonable action. Bets or game results may be voided due to network disruptions. In such cases, the user's bet amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

Service Changes and Termination

popbd reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue all or part of its services at any time. In such cases, arrangements will be made to return any real money held in a user's account. Bonus or promotional balances are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

popbd's logo, brand name, website design, content, software, and other elements are the exclusive property of popbd. Copying, distributing, or using them for any purpose without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Content from third-party game providers is protected under their own intellectual property rights.
